Pose of The Week!

Supine Plank

Purvottanasana

I found this pose in a stress relief sequence published in Yoga Journal this month, and have been taught Purvottanasana by Nicole Georgi-Costello at New World Wellness.  I like this pose because it is a heart opener and great for the shoulders if there is no prior injury.   It reminds me of Downward Facing Dog in reverse almost.
